Job Description:

Join a reputable short-term acute care facility in Lubbock, TX, as an ICU Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract. This role involves flexible floating between ICU units, providing critical support in a fast-paced environment. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, with a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week. You will be responsible for delivering specialized patient care in a Level II Trauma Center setting, adhering to unit-specific protocols and standards. This assignment offers the opportunity to gain diverse ICU experience while working in a facility with a strong focus on safety and professionalism. Weekend shifts are required, with at least 6 weekends scheduled over the contract period, and block scheduling is in place based on unit needs. No on-call duties are required for this assignment.
