Job Description:

This 13-week contract in Carlsbad, NM, offers a night shift opportunity for experienced Medical-Surgical RN. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, floating between patient rooms and handling general inpatient nursing duties. The role involves caring for adult and occasional non-critical pediatric patients on a MedHost EMR system, with a patient ratio of 1:6. Flexibility may be needed for census-based on-call duties prior to shifts.
