Job Description:

Join a dedicated Operating Room team as a Charge RN in a busy short-term acute care hospital. This 13-week travel contract offers a chance to lead staffing and patient flow during 10-hour night shifts (9PM-7:30AM). You’ll be expected to coordinate surgical cases, support your team, and handle on-call responsibilities, all while working with trauma patients in a Level II Trauma Center. Prior charge experience and at least five years of OR nursing are essential, along with CT licensure and trauma exposure. This role combines leadership with the fast-paced rhythm of a top-tier hospital in Connecticut.
