Job Description:

Join a specialized Cardiac Telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel assignment in North Kansas City, MO. You will be working a consistent 12-hour night shift schedule (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), floating as needed within the cardiac telemetry float pool. Your primary focus will be on titrating drips, caring for post- and pre-cardiac cath patients, managing sheaths, and responding to complex cardiac rhythms. This role offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a high-stakes environment while experiencing the vibrant cityscape of North Kansas City. Expect a comprehensive orientation, including an EKG exam with an 80% passing score, to ensure you're fully prepared for lethal rhythm monitoring. You must be willing to take COVID patients and possess at least 18 months of true telemetry experience along with required certifications such as ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIHSS.
