Job Description:

This Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to work in a bustling maternity float pool, providing care during overnight shifts of 12 hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. The role involves responding to the unique needs of expectant mothers and assisting with postpartum recovery, all while managing a diverse caseload of L&D and postpartum patients. Experience with Epic electronic health records, intermediate or above certification, and a background of at least 1-3 years in acute care are preferred. The assignment provides an opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment that values adaptability and expertise. Unique to this contract is the consideration of flexible shift configurations (3x12 or 4x12), with the possibility of working up to 36 hours per week over 26 weeks, making it an engaging but manageable experience for travel nurses looking to expand their skills and knowledge.
