Job Description:

This travel contract positions you as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in a reputable oncology unit specializing in solid tumor cancers. You will rotate between day shifts, working 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, for a duration of 16 weeks. Your responsibilities include monitoring telemetry data, managing patients with diagnoses such as breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, and colon cancers, and assisting with chemotherapy procedures. Floating to other Medical-Surgical Oncology units is required to ensure comprehensive patient coverage. Prior oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory; however, at least two years of RN experience, BLS certification, and telemetry skills are essential. This role offers a chance to work in a vibrant setting with a focus on infection control and patient safety, providing meaningful opportunities to develop your expertise in oncology nursing in a dynamic environment.
