Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 14-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts in Urbana, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated patient load, performing assessments, administering medications safely using the Five Rights, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during your shift. You'll work closely with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care, update documentation accurately, and respond promptly to patient needs.
