Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse specializing in Neuro care for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with an expectation of approximately 48 hours per week. You will be responsible for providing skilled patient monitoring, rapid response team activation, and documentation using Epic charting. The unit features 32 beds and accepts first-time travelers, offering a unique chance to explore a new healthcare setting with opportunities for overtime over 48 hours. BLS and NIHSS certification are required, with CPI preferred. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6, and enjoy the experience of floating to similar units on weekends.
