Job Description:

Join a fast-paced emergency department as a registered nurse specializing in case management. This assignment focuses on coordinating post-acute placements, developing and documenting safe discharge plans, and navigating transition of care for patients. You'll work every other weekend during the PM shift (1400-2230), with an emphasis on inpatient units and a requirement for strong skills in discharge planning and transition processes. This 13-week contract offers exposure to a variety of cases in a hospital setting, providing a rewarding challenge for experienced nurses looking to make a difference during their shift.
