Job Description:

This RN position at Mount Nittany in State College offers a focused opportunity to provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg setting during 12-hour night shifts. Travelers will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. The role emphasizes teamwork and communication, with a chance to engage with a diverse patient population. The assignment is unique in its night shift hours, allowing for a different rhythm of patient interaction and collaboration with the staff during off-peak hours. Previous RN experience in similar settings is required, and Pennsylvania RN licensure along with BLS certification are essential.
