Job Description:

Join our healthcare team in Albuquerque as an ER Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift. This 18-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a bustling Level I Trauma Center with approximately 554 beds, where around 60-80% of patients are admitted from the Emergency Department. You'll predominantly handle admitted patients, perform medication administrations including IV meds, and communicate clinical findings in a fast-paced environment. The role demands at least 2 years of ER experience, preferably with Level I trauma background, and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, and TNCC are required. Be prepared to work weekends as scheduled, with occasional floating to Peds ED or Adult PCUs based on staffing needs. Experience with Cerner charting and adherence to hospital policies, including optional COVID vaccination, will support your success in this assignment.
