Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel opportunity as an LVN/LPN in Medical Surgical units at a reputable facility in Rochester, NY. This 13-week contract offers night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, giving you a chance to develop your skills in acute care settings involving COPD exacerbations, infections, and other medical conditions. You will be responsible for taking patient assignments supported by RNs, performing vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and telemetry monitoring. The role provides the unique experience of floating within your skill set as needed, and requires familiarity with charting in EPIC. Expect a manageable workload with a patient ratio of approximately 1:5-6 and the opportunity to work every other holiday and weekend shifts.
