Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is for a registered nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical (MS) care in Aiken, South Carolina. You'll work 3 nights a week, 12-hour night shifts, providing hands-on patient care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions on a Cardiac unit. The role involves performing initial and ongoing assessments, applying your knowledge of growth and development, and delivering competent, compassionate care in accordance with regulatory standards. An engaging aspect of this assignment is the focus on acute cardiac care, offering opportunities to deepen your expertise in a specialized setting. You will be expected to maintain current certifications including NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, and CPI, with a preference for BSN-prepared candidates who have at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience and proficiency with Cerner electronic health records.
