Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a busy hospital setting in Morgantown, WV, working 12-hour day shifts. As a Registered Nurse on the Stepdown and Floor units, you'll manage patients with diagnoses such as cardiac issues, respiratory problems, trauma, orthopedics, and urology. You'll be responsible for titrating drips, interpreting telemetry strips, and coordinating care with charge nurses and house supervisors who are available 24/7. The role offers a chance to experience a fast-paced environment with units that operate with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3 on stepdown and 1:5-6 on the floor. This assignment emphasizes clinical skills, teamwork, and adaptability, with unique responsibilities like managing titratable drips and working alongside telemetry techs.
