Job Description:

Join a surgical team in Redwood City for a 13-week travel assignment in the OR, working 12-hour night shifts. This role involves assisting with orthopedic, neuro, gynecological, urological, and ENT surgeries, with an emphasis on orthopedic totals, spine, and CV procedures. You'll work closely with board-certified anesthesiologists, support a variety of cases averaging 15-25 daily, and navigate a detailed set of processes unique to this facility. Prior OR experience of at least 2 years is required, and familiarity with Cerner Surginet system is strongly preferred. Prepare to float within the OR suite and coordinate with highly specialized staff. The schedule includes one call shift per week with every 4th weekend on call, and orientation will include paperwork and partnering with a preceptor to ensure a smooth start.
