Job Description:

Join our Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse and experience the variety that comes with floating across pediatric units such as PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby. This role offers an engaging opportunity to utilize your PICU and NICU background, with a chance to work in different settings while maintaining a steady 12-hour day shift. The assignment runs for 13 weeks, providing an immersive experience in pediatric critical care. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient support during your shifts, ensuring smooth unit operations and comfort for the children and their families. If you're comfortable with float pools, possess the required certifications, and enjoy a diverse work environment, this could be your next rewarding adventure.
