Job Description:

Join the team at CJW Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA, as a Neuro IR Technologist for a 13-week contract. In this role, you will be performing specialized neuro interventional procedures using Phillips and GE biplane equipment. The shift consists of 10-hour days, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours. The unit has a tight-knit team of 9 staff, including 5 RNs and 4 technologists, and operates in a setting where neuro procedures come alive, making each day uniquely engaging. Your expertise with neuro interventional procedures will be key to supporting the busy neuro imaging unit, with duties centered around procedurally assisting during heavy neuro volumes and maintaining sterile scrubs in navy color. Expect to work with a Meditech EMR system, and be prepared for after-hours call on weekends, making this a role that balances skill with a bit of adventure.
