Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse role offers an exciting chance to work in a high-paced, specialized emergency department that caters to critically ill and complex cases. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse patient load, often seeing between 175 to 200 patients daily, including those requiring advanced interventions such as ECMO, LVAD, and transplant support. The shift runs overnight from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotating on-call duties and weekend rotations. This assignment provides a glimpse into the fast-moving world of trauma and emergency medicine, where your expertise in acute care protocols and advanced certifications like ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS will be essential.
