Job Description:

Join the ICU team as a Critical Care Float Pool RN, working 12-hour night shifts and floating across various intensive care units including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiovascular, and Surgical ICUs. This role offers the opportunity to experience diverse clinical environments and adapt to different patient acuities, making for a dynamic and engaging assignment. You'll be responsible for managing ventilators, initiating IVs, and monitoring telemetry, all while providing high-quality support in a fast-paced setting. The position stands out because of its variety—while floating within units of similar or lower acuity—and the chance to broaden your critical care expertise while working in a reputable facility.
