Job Description:

Join this 13-week travel assignment working overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM as a registered nurse in Longview, Texas. This role focuses on providing specialized care within a general Intermediate Medical Care (IMC) unit that covers a diverse range of conditions including neurological, respiratory, cardiac, and gastrointestinal issues. You'll be managing a variety of patients, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating care plans independently. This is an ideal opportunity to utilize your ICU or similar clinical experience, especially if you’re familiar with Epic electronic medical records. Expect a hands-on role where your assessments, documentation, and patient education are essential to delivering comprehensive care in a fast-paced environment. The setting offers a chance to deepen your expertise in acute care, with a focus on complex cases and patient stabilization. Recognizing the importance of teamwork and clinical judgment, your contributions will be critical to ensuring quality patient outcomes during each shift.
