Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment as an Occupational Therapist at Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI. In this role, you'll work in both inpatient and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings, focusing on treating adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility challenges. This position involves weekdays, typically 8-hour days with flexible start times between 0700 and 1730. The hospital's environment offers a chance to apply your skills in a diverse clinical setting while enjoying a balanced work schedule. Travel restrictions require you to live outside a 50-mile radius of Medford. Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with potential for on-call hours that contribute toward low census unbillable time, including callback pay. Certifications in WI State OT License and AHA/ARC BLS are mandatory, along with proven experience working with adult and geriatric populations. The contract honors professional attire in scrubs and encourages resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. During flu season, clinics will require masking if declining vaccinations, per hospital policy.
