Job Description:

Join a vibrant surgical team as an OR Tech / Surgical Tech in Santa Barbara. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in a bustling operating room environment, supporting a variety of procedures ranging from general surgery to complex neuro and orthopedic cases, including robotics and DaVinci technology. You'll be actively involved in scrubbing for surgeries, ensuring aseptic techniques are maintained, and assisting in procedures across multiple specialties. The role features a rotational shift schedule (4x10-hour days) with variable start times, providing a dynamic work routine. Your expertise in trauma, scrub techniques, and complex case support will be central to the unit’s success. Be prepared for on-call responsibilities and potential floating to outpatient settings.
