Job Description:

This Surgical Technician role at Renown Regional Medical Center offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level 2 trauma environment known for its fast pace and advanced procedures. You will be responsible for preparing the operating room with the necessary equipment and instrumentation, maintaining sterile technique during surgeries, passing instruments, and assisting with various technical tasks to support surgeons. The assignment provides a chance to experience high-volume surgeries across adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations. Expect to work four 10-hour days, with responsibilities that include working alongside skilled medical professionals in a vibrant surgical setting. The role may require floating to different departments or working during major holidays, but it promises a rewarding experience supporting complex surgical procedures in a busy, state-of-the-art hospital.
