Job Description:

Join a high-paced Labor and Delivery unit at Medical City Dallas, where you'll provide skilled RN support during 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in a 24-bed unit managing high-risk obstetric cases, with patient ratios of 2:1 and 3:1 in triage. You'll be circulating in c-section procedures, caring for postpartum patients, and monitoring high-acuity laboring mothers using GE fetal monitors. Expect to handle vaginal deliveries, c-sections, D&C procedures, and post-delivery recovery, all while adhering to hospital and unit-specific protocols. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in high-risk OB, with a focus on maintaining quality care in a fast-moving environment that demands both technical skill and clinical confidence.
