Job Description:

This Medical Surgical Registered Nurse role offers a unique chance to work in a 38-bed unit equipped with remote telemetry and capable of handling diverse surgical diagnoses. You’ll be responsible for monitoring adolescent to geriatric patients, managing complex cases, and collaborating via Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems. The shift is 12-hour nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week over 14 weeks. This assignment provides an opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a schedule that includes every other weekend and some holidays. Previous experience in medical-surgical units with telemetry is required, and first-time travelers are welcome.
