Job Description:

This Med/Surg RN contract in Globe, AZ, offers an opportunity to work night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., providing a consistent schedule for the duration of 13 weeks. The role involves managing telemetry, med-surg, and step-down patients with typical ratios of 1:6 for general med-surg and 1:4 for step-down cases. Candidates should be comfortable working with EMR systems like Meditech, and familiar with pumps such as Alaris and Omnicell for medication administration. While telemetry step-down experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. During periods of low census, there may be opportunities to take call, which will be rotated among staff. Prepare to stay engaged in a fast-paced environment focused on both patient safety and efficiency, with the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes while working set schedules and clear expectations.
