Job Description:

This ECMO Specialist Registered Nurse role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a high-acuity ICU setting, primarily focusing on managing patients on ECMO support for cardiac or non-cardiac reasons. You'll be responsible for pump management on VA ECMO and VV ECMO, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, and you'll have the chance to float across NICU, PICU, and CVPICU units based on unit needs. During quieter times, your expertise will support cardiac and general ICU patients, providing valuable hands-on care.
