Job Description:

Join us for a 12-week travel nurse gig on the vibrant Ace Unit in Newark, Delaware, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This role is perfect for highly experienced RNs who thrive in fast-paced geriatric units and enjoy making a difference during overnight hours. You’ll be managing conditions such as pneumonia, UTIs, altered mental status, and more, with a patient ratio of about 1:5. Expect to use Epic for charting and float support across various areas as needed. This assignment offers a weekly gross pay of around $2,324, with a focus on professionalism and teamwork in a supportive environment that values your expertise. The unique aspect of this contract is the chance to work in a setting where your quick thinking and clinical skills are essential, with opportunities for collaboration and procedural support including LPs. Plus, you'll have the flexibility with limited RTO requests, and a well-structured schedule that respects your need for rest and recovery.
