Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract as a dedicated RN on the night shift at Deaconess IL Medical Center in Marion, IL. You'll be working in a 36-bed med/surg/ortho unit, covering medical and orthopedic patients with a patient ratio of 1:5 (or 1:4 during staffing gaps). This position offers the chance to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment while floating to the Emergency Department and ICU as needed. Expect independent clinical work, night shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am, and a focus on providing consistent, quality care.
