Job Description:

Join Boise Hospital's Respiratory Therapy team for a 13-week travel contract working primarily on adult, pediatric, and level III NICU units. This role offers a blend of challenging and rewarding work, with a focus on managing respiratory treatments and equipment in inpatient settings. You'll spend your nights providing care for a diverse patient population, including adults on all floors, pediatrics, and NICU patients, using advanced ventilator technology like Draeger vents and Servo U systems. The position emphasizes teamwork and collaboration, as you'll assist rather than directly perform intubations, working alongside hospitalist and intensivist staff around the clock. Expect to handle treatments, transport, and ABGs—no EKGs here—while supporting the clinical team in a well-staffed and resource-rich environment, with shifts scheduled to suit your needs. This is a great opportunity for RTs with 2-5 years of experience who are comfortable in fast-paced inpatient scenarios.
