Job Description:

Join a busy hospital’s operating room team in Nashville for a 26-week contract as an OR circulating nurse. This role offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a large, Level 1 trauma hospital with over 1,000 beds, where you'll support a variety of surgical cases including neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, and more—excluding cardiac, transplant, and trauma/neuro cases. You’ll be working 12-hour day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), floating between different ORs and assisting with diverse procedures that keep the environment lively and ever-changing. This role emphasizes circulating responsibilities, with scrub experience not required, and prior travel experience preferred. You'll be expected to work approximately 36 hours weekly, including four late stays during the contract, often staying just long enough to ensure smooth room turnovers. No excessive time off is permitted, and some holiday work is required.
