Job Description:

Join us for an exciting 13-week contract as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the SICU/ICU unit of a busy hospital. This role offers the chance to care for adult surgical and medical ICU patients, including those with cardiac and neuro diagnoses such as STEMI, DKA, stroke, sepsis, and TBI. You’ll be working 12-hour night shifts, providing expert care to a patient load of approximately 16 patients daily. The unit is well-equipped with advanced technology like Meditech Expanse EMR, Alaris pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing. This assignment stands out with its collaborative environment—support staff includes a charge RN, CNA, phlebotomist, PICC team, RT, and hospitalist. If you have at least two years of ICU experience and are comfortable managing ventilators, performing intubations, and handling vasoactive drips, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to deepen your critical care expertise.
