Job Description:

Join a dedicated pediatric stepdown team in Chicago, where you'll care for children from 2 weeks to 18 years old with complex chronic illnesses, including tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes. This role involves managing technology-dependent patients in a single-unit setting with a wide variety of specialties. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, either three or four days a week, providing hands-on care in a fast-paced environment that keeps every day interesting and engaging. This assignment offers a chance to hone your skills in a specialized pediatric unit with a patient population that values your expertise and compassion.
