Job Description:

Join our team as a travel RN in Peoria, Illinois, for an engaging 13-week assignment in a surgical acute unit. This role offers a chance to work 12-hour night shifts in a busy hospital setting, where you’ll care for post-operative surgical patients, trauma cases, and overflow medical patients. You’ll handle dressing changes, wound care, IV therapy, pain management, and manage drains, NGs, and central lines—all while sharpening your critical thinking and bedside manner. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with a supportive team of charge RNs, house supervisors, and patient care techs. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday rotation, with opportunities for block scheduling after approval.
