Job Description:

Join our team as an RN in the Cardiac Critical Care unit on Indianapolis' vibrant south side. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work in a 16-bed unit dedicated to post-Cath STEMIs, NSTEMIs, and medical ICU overflow, providing a stimulating environment where you’ll manage ventilators, titratable vasoactive drips, and cutting-edge equipment like Arctic Sun and Swan-Ganz catheters. You'll be responsible for patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, and work a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend. It’s a unique opportunity to deepen your critical care expertise amidst a supportive team at the Franciscan Health Indianapolis campus, all while enjoying a steady weekly schedule of 36 guaranteed hours and a competitive rate.
