As an experienced ER professional, you'll be delivering critical care during 12-hour night shifts in a facility that handles an average of 115 patients daily. Job Specifics:

Location: Hazel Crest, IL
Shift: 12-hour nights
Duration: 13 weeks with a flexible schedule cycle made in 6-week increments

This role is ideal for seasoned ER nurses with at least 3 years of emergency department experience and 1 year in travel assignments. Your day-to-day will include managing a patient load with a typical RN: 1:5 ratio, supporting a team of ER techs, charge nurses, and hospitalists. You'll work with EMR systems like EPIC, perform EKGs, administer IV medications, and interpret cardiac rhythms in an environment focused on rapid, efficient patient care.
