Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, where you'll be primarily overseeing complex surgical procedures across various specialties including Orthopedics, Robotics, Gynecology, Thoracic, ENT, Urology, and Plastics. The role involves circulating during surgeries, managing advanced equipment like the DaVinci XI robotic system, and providing critical support in a fast-paced OR setting. This assignment offers a chance to work with high-acuity cases in a 24-bed facility, with shifts from 10:45 AM to 9:15 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly for a duration of 13 weeks. First-time travelers are welcome, especially those holding an Indiana or Compact license and possessing charge experience. Be prepared for 40-60 hours of call within a 6-week schedule, adding an engaging layer of responsibility to your workday.
