Job Description:

This position involves supporting cardiovascular operating rooms in Marshfield, Wisconsin, handling complex procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, TAVR, VATS/thoracotomy, robotic lungs, and aneurysm repairs. The role requires scrubbing outside of CVOR, particularly during C-sections, offering the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced surgical environment. You will be scheduled for 10-hour days over a 13-week contract, with flexible self-scheduling and shared call responsibilities. The position emphasizes teamwork in a busy OR setting, with an orientation period of up to one week to familiarize yourself with hospital protocols and procedures.
