Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract is for experienced LPNs ready to engage in a hands-on MedSurg/ED setting at a rural critical access hospital in Turtle Lake, North Dakota. The role involves delivering patient care to a predominantly geriatric population with conditions such as post-surgical rehab, stroke, dementia, and skin concerns. You will work in a team-oriented environment on 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on patient management through EPIC electronic medical records. The assignment features a consistent team of two RNs per shift along with Nurse Aides or CNAs, ensuring collaborative patient support. This position is ideal for those with at least two years of nursing experience, who are comfortable in a rural hospital setting, and who prefer a stable, team-based approach to patient care. Scrubs are provided, and you will participate in a brief 3-shift orientation to acclimate you to the unit. Note that the hospital maintains a policy against full-time, part-time, or PRN employment from affiliated facilities during this contract.
