Job Description:

Join a Level 1 Trauma Center as an Operating Room Technician, working 12-hour day shifts with a schedule that varies weekly based on staffing needs. You will support a busy surgical services department with a high-volume of cases across 45 ORs, including trauma surgeries. This role involves assisting with sterile setup, maintaining sterile fields, and supporting the surgical team during complex procedures. The position requires at least three years of OR experience, including trauma level 1 or 2, and certification in BLS and DORA. Be prepared for on-call shifts, with a maximum of three per eight-week cycle, and occasional float duties to support different units.
