Job Description:

This SICU Registered Nurse position offers a hands-on experience in a high-acuity environment specializing in trauma, cardiovascular, and neurosurgery cases. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing critical care to patients with complex surgical needs, including those recovering from open-heart procedures, TAVRs, or trauma incidents. The role requires quick thinking, expert interpretation of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, and blood product administration. It’s a chance to deepen your skills in a fast-paced setting that handles some of the most challenging cases in a Level II Trauma Center. The assignment is ideal for a seasoned RN comfortable with float expectations and a flexible, adaptive approach to patient acuity.
