Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Sun City West, AZ, working night shifts with 12-hour shifts on a direct patient care unit. This role involves assessing patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and supervising activities of licensed and non-licensed staff. You will evaluate patient responses, document thoroughly, and participate in quality improvement activities. The setting offers a chance to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality nursing care.
