Job Description:

Join a busy outpatient Pre-Op unit as a Registered Nurse specializing in Pre-Operative procedures and outpatient infusions. This 13-week contract places you in a fast-paced setting where you'll manage morning admissions, start IVs, administer blood transfusions, and monitor patients through phase 2 recovery. The role involves working variable 12-hour shifts, up to every Saturday, with opportunities to handle complex procedures like blood transfusions, central line management, and anesthesia-assisted interventions. Your expertise in patient assessment, infusion therapy, and procedural support will be vital in preparing patients for their upcoming surgeries, ensuring safe and efficient care within the outpatient ambulatory procedure area.
