Job Description:

This travel RN position in Fargo, ND offers an opportunity to work in a 47-bed medical-surgical unit within a busy hospital setting. The role focuses on caring for medical-surgical and surgical oncology patients, with a particular emphasis on collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The assigned shifts are 12 hours on a rotating schedule, including every other weekend, providing a balanced work-life rhythm. You will have the chance to utilize Epic EMR and other advanced equipment such as bladder scanners and telemetry monitors. The role requires recent Med/Surg experience, with surgical oncology experience preferred; active ND or Compact RN license and AHA BLS certification are necessary. The unique aspect of this assignment is the opportunity to float across various units, gaining diverse clinical exposure while delivering high standard patient care.
