Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract offers an engaging opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to work on a 14-bed Labor & Delivery unit. You'll be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with the flexibility to circulate within the unit and assist in float coverage for NICU and Post Partum areas. Prior travel experience and at least two years of relevant clinical experience are required, along with certifications such as BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, and ACLS. Expect to collaborate closely with the staff, adhering to Cerner or GE Centricity EMR systems. The unit's patient ratios range from 1:1 to 2:1, and time off is limited during the first several weeks due to Epic Go Live. As part of your role, you'll help support mothers and newborns during critical moments, making this a rewarding chance to apply your skills in a supportive hospital setting.
