Job Description:

Join the surgical team at St. David's Medical Center in Austin as a registered nurse specialized in OR and surgery. You will work in a vibrant 22-operating-room environment, supporting a variety of procedures such as spine fusions, total joints, mastectomies, and robotic surgeries. This 13-week contract offers a consistent day shift from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays through Mondays, with no call required. Expect to be part of a dedicated team managing patient ratios of 1:1, utilizing advanced equipment like robotics and cardiac tools, and supporting a unit with 80 staff members. Your expertise in neuro/spine and cardiac surgery will be essential, and certification is a must for CSTs. This role provides an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and quality care.
