Job Description:

This contract position invites experienced Oncology Registered Nurses to join a renowned Magnet and Level I Trauma Center in St. Louis. The role involves providing specialized care in the oncology department, with duties including chemotherapy administration, port management, blood product transfusions, and telemetry monitoring. Floating throughout the unit ensures flexibility and broad exposure to various oncology cases, sometimes requiring quick adaptation to different patient needs beyond the primary 9800 unit. An energetic and detail-oriented nurse will thrive in this setting, balancing technical skills like EKG interpretation and port access with compassionate patient support.
