Job Description:

Join the team as a MedSurg RN on a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will be working 12-hour night shifts in a busy hospital setting, caring for a diverse patient population with conditions ranging from chronic illnesses like COPD and Diabetes to neurological and mental health disorders. This role offers a chance to sharpen your skills in assessments, care planning, and using advanced medical equipment such as IV pumps, wound vacs, and telemetry monitors. The work involves managing complex procedures like colonoscopies, thoracentesis, and minor surgeries, with opportunities to collaborate across departments and utilize your expertise in a fast-paced environment. The assignment includes a non-billable orientation period of 8 hours and offers an engaging experience managing a wide variety of cases and procedures.
