Job Description:

Join a bustling 36-bed medical/surgical unit at Deaconess IL Medical Center in Marion, IL, for a 13-week contract working night shifts. As an experienced RN, you'll provide patient care during 12-hour overnight shifts (7 pm - 7:30 am), managing a primary patient load with a ratio of 1:5, sometimes adapting to a 1:4 setting. You'll navigate a variety of medical conditions, including ortho cases, and handle charting through EPIC. This role emphasizes independence, resilience, and adaptability, as you'll occasionally float to ED or ICU to support specific patient needs. The perfect fit for confident RNs comfortable managing change and handling a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional patient care.
