Job Description:

Join our team as a Critical Care RN in a step-down unit at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital, located in Woodstock, VA. In this role, you'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential care to adult and teen patients in a 24-bed ICU setting. Your expertise with Epic electronic medical records and at least two years of ICU experience will be vital in managing a patient load with a 1:6 staff ratio. Expect a schedule of every other weekend and holiday coverage, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract. This assignment offers a chance to hone your critical care skills while working in a community-focused environment that values precision and compassion.
